Okay I just finished watching it and I have so many comments… for the 1st episode… YOU CALL THIS A BEGINNING OF A SERIES?? He just gives himself to the Fire folks?? And the tribe doing absolutely nothing for it… while having no proper leader? No elder involved when tribes are all about that… then what is it with their linguistics? Like where is that ethnic accent, they all sound like they came with only the getto English…. Even the older people don’t sounddddd the way they’re supposed to.. i dont know if this makes sense but it’s such a downer for the whole series. In episodes 2, some members really don’t know how to act:))) like the daughter of the fire ruler… like it’s just cringe. However, the people of kioshi (or koshi) are very impressiveeee! Like this series looks so interesting, something that you missed watching over the years of film and finally came back and has so so much potential so many stories to come out of… but what in the world were they thinking here…. Like sometimes the acting or the scene is just pooorr… the accent really is a major downfall for this series I can’t stress that enough… I think the best thing about this whole series was the water bender Katara, her development over the series was just amazing…. All her scenes were always just sooooo gooooooddd and I actually repeated so many scenes cuz of how good they were. Also, what’s with Saka, they made him look like a womanizer.. from one girl to another.. not cool… annnnd they left a cliffhanger… not really the most interesting ending but let’s see what they come up with for season 2
