I wasn’t sure how I felt about this initially after watching the first episode but Rivals is definitely something else. Everyone’s shagging, and I mean literally EVERYONE. It’s scandalous, the soundtrack is brilliant as it’s set in the 80s and gosh after 8 episodes even I fancy Rupert Campbell-Black. The cast is also stacked, and I’m rather enjoying seeing Tennant in a role where he’s a pretentious twat - he’s quite good at it as it happens! And gosh that cliff hanger ??? I want the next series like yesterday!
