Don’t read my review if you don’t fancy reading spoilers … Thoroughly enjoyed the second part of this. Jonathan Bailey is a master class in yearning. When he switched up and went after Elphaba instead (we all knew it was going to happen eventually), and the sacrifice? Ugh love love love. Considering I was not sure on Ari playing Glinda prior to seeing the first film, I don’t think anyone could’ve played her better - it showed different facets of her character beautifully. Also - Madame Morrible is a bloody good villain? Gosh I hated her! I just loved it. What a lovely story about friendship and girlhood.
