Of course, "Manta, Manta" was a stupid film in 1991. But the cult comedy at least had something like charm and an energetic ensemble that hardly took the nonsense seriously. "Manta Manta - Zwoter Teil" has practically nothing to do with that anymore. Instead, there is the usual Til Schweiger template here when kitsch and kaka humour are combined.
