There is a line in this movie that reads: “In the end, only irony will remain”, and it is ironic how this very lackluster movie hides behind the beautiful Naples and perfume-ad cinematography. You will be hard pressed to find tangible depth across all characters, as the metaphorical lines make every thing superficial. I can’t help but feel that, when one character said: “You weren't thinking about anything. You're not intelligent.”, it rang true about both on and off screen characters.
