Nasty people living their nasty life in a nasty city. It always amazes me how people in New York and California talk trash about the "flyover states" while they have to step over human feces and drug needles everyday while knowing that one wrong turn, one wrong look and they'll find themselves getting stomped on. This movie does well if it's intended to show the ugliness of drug addiction.

Yeah, I'll keep my grass (not the smoking kind), trees and friendly people spread out over the modern city dwelling garbage in this movie. It's a simple plot, days in the life's of junkies. Not something I particularly care about, I can't stand seeing these people much less interacting with their weak nasty asses or watching a movie about them. Points for the fire scene, zero sympathy.
