There’s something truly magical about LGBTQ+ representation in Middle Eastern culture. I think I love seeing characters with a background SO CLOSE to mine navigating similar struggles. It’s powerful to watch two women facing challenges not just because they’re gay in a conservative society but also because of the weight of strong family values, religion, and cultural expectations. It just makes everything twice as intense and spicy🌶️
