Set in the 1960s, Ford v Ferrari follows the true story of American car designer Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon) and fearless British driver Ken Miles (Christian Bale). Tasked by Henry Ford II and Lee Iacocca to build a revolutionary race car, Shelby and Miles work together to challenge the dominance of Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the world’s most prestigious endurance race.

Facing corporate interference, mechanical setbacks, and personal struggles, the duo pushes the limits of innovation and endurance to create the Ford GT40. Their goal: beat Ferrari and make history at Le Mans in 1966.
