Nothing to do with a 2000’s rom-com like most have said, it does have some elements that recall the genre but is very much a modern romance and of how society envisions dating nowadays. Acting was good, script nice, photography not too distractibg but fitting with the story and soundtrack pleasant but not memorable. It is a movie with a message on how the dating world and the paramenters of what people are looking for are getting always harder, demanding and nearly unreacheable. There is romance within the plot but it wasn’t overly done, there was not twist since it was obvious what was going to happen. Overall, not a bad movie, I enjoyed watching but at times it was slightly slow and wished there was more humour and more scenes on how people date, but all in all it was nice. Would recommend given also that the cast does a good enough job and the story could be appealing to many.
